Payment Terms and Processing Policy

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, cash and other third-party payment providers. Please ensure that all payment details provided are accurate and complete.

Disputed or Unauthorized Payments

For disputed or unauthorized payments, AA Luxe Beauty reserves the right to suspend or terminate the related order. Customers may be liable for any fees or penalties incurred due to a payment dispute.

Termination of Service Clause

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, cancel orders, or refuse service to customers who violate our terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or exhibit abusive behavior toward our staff. These actions are to protect the integrity of our business and ensure a safe experience for all customers.

RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Overview

Thank you for shopping with AA Luxe Beauty. We are committed to providing products of the highest quality. Please review the terms and conditions below for returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranties. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

1. Reporting Faults

• All items must be inspected upon receipt. Any faults or defects with the order must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original condition as received, including original packaging and attached tags. Reattaching tags is not allowed.

• After seven (7) days, items are no longer eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

• Altered items (e.g., hair washed, lace or hair cut, hair colored) are not eligible for return or refund.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom orders, including items with custom colors, wig cap sizes, and cuts.

• Merchandise damaged by misuse, accidents, fire, flood, or natural disasters.

• Custom orders are eligible for return only in cases of manufacturing defects.

3. Partial Refunds

• Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases:

• If the item length does not match the ordered length.

• If the lace material does not match the specified lace color.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

• If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed based on our refund policy, with a 15% restocking fee applied.

6. Replacement Policy

7. Warranty Policy

• AA Luxe Beauty holds responsibility for items until the time of delivery. After delivery, all items are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Warranties do not apply to any merchandise subject to misuse, neglect, accident, or damage resulting from improper handling post-delivery.

• Warranties are valid only for the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

8. Pre-order Policy

• For pre-orders, customers must wait for the processing time specified at order placement. Once processing begins, pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified. Ensure certainty before placing a pre-order.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled or returned due to preference changes, incorrect item orders, or simply disliking the product. Please review product details carefully before purchase.

10. Payment Policy

• Full payment, including third-party transfers, must be confirmed in our account before order processing. Proof of transfer alone is insufficient for order completion.

11. Fraud Prevention Policy

• To prevent fraud, we reserve the right to monitor all orders. If suspected of fraud, we may require verification, temporarily suspend, or cancel the order. Canceled fraudulent orders will be refunded in full, and accounts involved in fraud may face suspension or termination.

12. Payment Failure

• Repeated credit or debit card payment failures will result in account blocking, after which only bank transfer or deposit options will be accepted for future orders.

13. Collection Policy

• For orders collected at designated meeting points and paid by debit or credit card, customers must sign a collection form and provide photo ID matching the order. Failure to meet this requirement will result in order cancellation and a refund to the original payment method.

14. Delivery Policy

• Once shipped, we are not liable for any courier issues, including delays and shipments lost or stolen during transit. For inquiries on delivery status, please contact the courier directly.

15. Shipping Damage Policy

• Customers have 24 hours to report any issues, including damage caused during shipping. Reports made after 24 hours may not be eligible for review or compensation. Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us promptly if there is any issue.

16. Incorrect Delivery Address

• AA Luxe Beauty is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Ensure accurate and complete address details at purchase to prevent lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered items.

17. Credit and Debit Card Refund Policy

• Refunds for credit or debit card payments are subject to a transaction fee from Wipay, which will be deducted from the refund. Processing takes approximately 5-7 business days.

18. Bank Transfer/Deposit Refund Policy

• For bank transfer or deposit payments, refunds are processed within 2-3 business days. An additional ACH fee of $1.25 applies for all banks except First Citizens Bank.

19. Payment Plan Policy

Late Payment Penalty:A 2% late fee will be applied if payment is not received by the due date.

Default:If a payment plan is overdue or defaults (no payments for 30 days past the due date without full payment), AA Luxe Beauty reserves the right to cancel the order, and partial payments may be forfeited.

20. Late or Missing Refunds
