1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, making a payment, collecting an item, accepting delivery, or otherwise purchasing from AA Luxe Beauty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Pre-Order, Return, Refund, Exchange, Warranty, Payment, Delivery, and Defect Assessment policies.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not place an order or use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to place an order with AA Luxe Beauty. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Product Information and Variations

AA Luxe Beauty makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, lengths, textures, colors, lace descriptions, and other product information are accurate.

However, customers acknowledge that hair products, wigs, closures, frontals, bundles, and related beauty items may have natural or minor variations, including but not limited to variations in color, tone, texture, curl pattern, wave pattern, density appearance, lace appearance, and length presentation.

Lighting, screen settings, styling, product batches, and individual handling may affect how a product appears. Minor variations that do not materially affect the product ordered are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product details before placing an order.

4. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order or payment does not automatically mean that AA Luxe Beauty has accepted the order.

AA Luxe Beauty reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where necessary, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, stock issues, abusive conduct, incorrect information, or breach of these Terms.

If an order is canceled by AA Luxe Beauty before fulfillment, any amount paid for that canceled order will be refunded in accordance with the applicable refund method and processing timelines.

5. Prohibited Uses

Customers may not use our website, products, services, payment systems, communication channels, or business platforms for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, misleading, or disruptive purposes.

AA Luxe Beauty reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, block accounts, preserve relevant records, and take lawful action where a customer engages in fraud, attempted fraud, chargeback abuse, harassment, threats, false claims, misuse of our platforms, or other harmful conduct.

6. Payment Terms

AA Luxe Beauty accepts payment methods including credit card, debit card, bank transfer, cash, and approved third-party payment providers.

All payment information must be accurate and complete. Orders will not be processed until payment has been fully confirmed in AA Luxe Beauty’s account.

Proof of transfer, screenshot confirmations, or payment receipts alone do not guarantee order processing unless the funds are confirmed as received.

Mandatory Identification Verification for Debit and Credit Card Orders

For fraud prevention, payment security, and protection against unauthorized transactions, valid government-issued photo identification is required for all orders paid by debit or credit card.

Accepted identification includes a valid:

• National Identification Card;
• Driver’s Permit; or
• Passport.

The identification provided must be current, legible, unaltered, and must reasonably match the relevant customer and cardholder information associated with the order.

Where the Customer and Cardholder Are the Same Person

Where the person placing the order is also the debit or credit cardholder, valid government-issued photo identification for that person is required.

Where the Customer and Cardholder Are Different Persons

Where the name of the person placing the order differs from the name of the debit or credit cardholder, valid government-issued photo identification is required from both:

• the person whose name appears on the order; and
• the debit or credit cardholder.

This applies whenever a debit or credit card belonging to another person is used, including a card belonging to a spouse, partner, parent, relative, friend, employer, company representative, or any other third party.

AA Luxe Beauty may also require confirmation from the cardholder that the specific transaction was knowingly authorized.

24-Hour Verification Requirement

All required identification must be submitted and capable of verification within twenty-four (24) hours of the order being placed.

The 24-hour period begins from the recorded date and time the order is submitted.

The order will be canceled if, within the 24-hour period:

• the required identification is not provided;
• the identification does not match the relevant customer or cardholder information;
• identification is required from both the customer and cardholder but is not provided for both persons;
• the identification is expired, altered, illegible, incomplete, invalid, or otherwise cannot be reasonably verified; or
• the information provided is insufficient to complete the required identity verification.

AA Luxe Beauty will not be required to continue processing, reserving, preparing, customizing, releasing, shipping, delivering, or holding an order where mandatory identification verification has not been successfully completed within the required timeframe.

Refunds Following Verification Cancellation

Where an order is canceled because the mandatory identification requirement was not successfully completed within twenty-four (24) hours, any refund due will be issued only to the original payment method used for the transaction.

AA Luxe Beauty will not issue such refunds to:

• a different debit or credit card;
• a different cardholder;
• a bank account not used for the original transaction;
• cash;
• store credit in place of the original refund unless expressly agreed and lawfully permitted; or
• any other person or third party.

Refund processing remains subject to the applicable payment processor and banking processing timelines.

Unresolved Fraud or Authorization Concerns

Submission of identification does not guarantee that an order will be accepted or fulfilled. AA Luxe Beauty reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse an order where reasonable concerns remain regarding unauthorized card use, identity misuse, false or altered identification, fraud, attempted fraud, payment abuse, or other material inconsistencies.

Where a refund is due following cancellation, it will be issued only to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Handling of Identification

Identification submitted to AA Luxe Beauty may be used for identity verification, payment security, fraud prevention, transaction verification, dispute handling, chargeback response, and legal compliance where applicable.

AA Luxe Beauty will handle identification information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts, or limits any right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law.

7. Disputed, Unauthorized, or Reversed Payments

If a payment is disputed, reversed, charged back, reported as unauthorized, or otherwise withheld, AA Luxe Beauty reserves the right to suspend or cancel the related order, delay fulfillment, request verification, refuse future card payments, or take any lawful action necessary to protect the business.

Customers may be responsible for any fees, penalties, losses, or administrative costs arising from a disputed or unauthorized payment where permitted by applicable law.

Fraudulent or misleading payment claims may result in refusal of future service.

8. Credit and Debit Card Payment Failures

Repeated failed credit or debit card payment attempts may result in temporary or permanent restriction of card payment options. In such cases, AA Luxe Beauty may require payment by bank transfer, deposit, or another approved method for future orders.

9. Payment Plans

Where AA Luxe Beauty approves a payment plan, the customer must make payments according to the agreed schedule.

A late fee of 2% may be applied where payment is not received by the due date.

If a payment plan remains unpaid for thirty (30) days past the due date without full payment or written arrangement, AA Luxe Beauty reserves the right to cancel the order.

Partial payments may be forfeited where permitted by applicable law and where AA Luxe Beauty has incurred costs, reserved stock, customized an item, declined other sales, or otherwise suffered loss due to the customer’s default.

Orders under payment plans will not be released until the full balance and any applicable fees are paid in full.

10. Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders are items that are not immediately available for delivery or collection and require a processing period.

Customers must wait for the processing time specified at the time of order. Processing times are estimates and may be affected by supplier delays, shipping delays, customs delays, courier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond AA Luxe Beauty’s reasonable control.

A deposit is required to secure all pre-orders. Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where AA Luxe Beauty is unable to fulfill the order and no acceptable alternative is agreed.

Once processing has begun, pre-orders cannot be canceled, modified, or transferred unless AA Luxe Beauty agrees in writing.

Once your pre-order is ready, you will be notified. The remaining balance must be paid within five (5) days of notification, unless a later final payment date was agreed in writing at the time the order was placed.

If payment is not received within the applicable timeframe, a late/storage fee of TT$40 per day will apply starting on the following day.

Late/storage fees are capped at fifty percent (50%) of the total item value or a maximum of thirty (30) days of accumulated fees, whichever comes first.

Pre-orders will be held for a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date of notification, unless otherwise agreed in writing. After this period, AA Luxe Beauty reserves the right to resell, release, or otherwise dispose of the item at its discretion. Deposits remain non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Orders will only be released once the full outstanding balance and any accumulated fees have been paid in full.

11. Custom Orders

Custom orders include but are not limited to items involving custom colors, custom lace, custom wig cap sizes, custom cuts, custom styling, custom construction, custom density, or other special requests.

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to preference changes, incorrect customer choices, change of mind, color expectations, sizing decisions, styling preferences, or dislike of the product.

Custom orders may only be eligible for review where a qualifying manufacturing defect is reported within the applicable reporting period and the item remains in a condition that allows AA Luxe Beauty to assess the claim.

12. Customer Duty to Inspect Items

Customers must inspect all items immediately upon receipt or collection.

Any fault, defect, missing item, incorrect item, or concern must be reported to AA Luxe Beauty within five (5) days of delivery or collection, unless a shorter reporting period applies to shipping damage under these Terms.

Customers must stop using, installing, altering, washing, cutting, bleaching, coloring, plucking, styling, chemically processing, or otherwise handling the item once a potential fault is noticed.

Continuing to use or alter an item after noticing a possible issue may affect eligibility for a remedy where it prevents proper assessment or causes or contributes to the reported issue.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not automatic and are subject to this Policy, inspection, proof of purchase, applicable law, and AA Luxe Beauty’s assessment of the item.

To be considered for a return, refund, exchange, or replacement, the item must generally be:

• reported within the applicable timeframe;
• returned in its original condition as received;
• unused, unwashed, unworn, uninstalled, unaltered, and uncustomized;
• in its original packaging;
• with original tags attached; and
• accompanied by proof of purchase.

Reattaching tags after removal is not permitted and may result in the claim being declined.

After five (5) days from delivery or collection, items are no longer eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless AA Luxe Beauty determines that a valid claim exists or a remedy is required by applicable law.

14. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by applicable law or unless AA Luxe Beauty confirms a qualifying manufacturing defect:

• custom orders;
• items with custom colors, cap sizes, cuts, density, styling, or construction;
• items that have been washed, worn, installed, cut, colored, bleached, plucked, chemically processed, heat styled, or otherwise altered;
• items damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, improper handling, improper storage, improper care, or third-party handling;
• items damaged by fire, flood, natural disaster, environmental exposure, or other events beyond AA Luxe Beauty’s control;
• items without original packaging or attached tags;
• items without proof of purchase;
• items reported outside the applicable timeframe.

15. Manufacturing Defects

A “manufacturing defect” means a fault in the materials, workmanship, construction, assembly, or production of a product that:

(a) existed at the time the product was delivered or collected;
(b) was not caused or contributed to by the customer, recipient, stylist, installer, wig maker, salon, courier after confirmed delivery where applicable, or any other third party;
(c) was not caused or contributed to by installation, customization, alteration, chemical processing, heat application, washing, maintenance, storage, misuse, neglect, excessive manipulation, improper handling, accident, or normal wear and tear; and
(d) can reasonably be identified, based on the condition of the product and available evidence, as originating from manufacture, construction, assembly, or production.

A product condition is not automatically a manufacturing defect simply because it appears or becomes noticeable after delivery.

Shedding, tangling, matting, dryness, breakage, thinning, bald spots, loose hair, lace damage, torn lace, fraying, discoloration, odor, texture change, loss of curl pattern, reduced softness, or other deterioration does not, by itself, prove that a manufacturing defect exists.

All manufacturing defect claims are subject to inspection and assessment by AA Luxe Beauty.

16. Examples of Potential Manufacturing Defects

Subject to inspection and evidence, potential manufacturing defects may include:

• defective stitching, sewing, or assembly that existed before use, installation, or alteration;
• a wig cap, closure, frontal, weft, or structural component separating due to a verified construction fault existing at delivery;
• a weft that was improperly constructed or inadequately secured during production;
• lace that arrived torn, punctured, split, or structurally damaged before cutting, installation, plucking, bleaching, tinting, gluing, spraying, sewing, or alteration;
• material construction errors causing the item to materially differ from the product ordered;
• significant abnormal shedding from an unaltered product where evidence reasonably indicates a production or construction fault;
• missing or materially incorrect components where the issue existed at delivery.

These examples do not guarantee approval of a claim.

17. What Is Not a Manufacturing Defect

Damage, deterioration, or performance issues caused or contributed to by post-delivery handling are not manufacturing defects.

This includes but is not limited to:

• shedding, breakage, bald spots, or weakened knots caused or contributed to by bleaching knots, over-bleaching, using strong developer, repeated bleaching, or leaving bleach on too long;
• shedding, unraveling, or track damage caused or contributed to by cutting, splitting, piercing, or altering wefts;
• lace tearing, fraying, holes, or bald spots occurring after lace has been cut, trimmed, plucked, glued, taped, sprayed, sewn, stretched, tinted, bleached, or customized;
• bald spots, thinning, shedding, weakened knots, or lace damage caused or contributed to by plucking, tweezing, or hairline customization;
• dryness, shedding, tangling, matting, breakage, discoloration, texture change, curl loss, or wave loss caused or contributed to by coloring, bleaching, toning, dyeing, or chemical processing;
• damage caused by relaxers, perms, texturizers, keratin treatments, chemical straightening, chemical curling, smoothing treatments, or chemical removers;
• dryness, breakage, shedding, burnt strands, melted lace, weakened knots, or texture changes caused or contributed to by flat irons, curling irons, hot combs, blow dryers, hooded dryers, steam tools, heated brushes, or other heat tools;
• lace damage, hair loss, residue, tearing, discoloration, thinning, or deterioration caused or contributed to by glue, lace adhesive, bonding products, tape, holding spray, gel, edge control, remover, alcohol, solvent, or oil-based remover;
• damage caused by sewing, gluing, bonding, taping, clipping, pinning, puncturing, stretching, incorrect cap sizing, improper placement, or other installation methods;
• damage caused by pulling, ripping, peeling, cutting, scraping, or forceful removal;
• holes, tears, splitting, weakening, or shedding caused by needles, thread, pins, clips, combs, hooks, or other installation tools;
• damage caused by tight installation, tight elastic bands, tight clips, tight combs, excessive tension, or excessive stretching;
• tangling, matting, shedding, dryness, breakage, or texture changes caused by aggressive washing, scrubbing, rubbing, twisting, wringing, washing without detangling, unsuitable water temperatures, or unsuitable products;
• shedding, breakage, matting, or lace damage caused by rough brushing, forceful combing, improper detangling, brushing wet hair improperly, or using unsuitable tools;
• buildup, stiffness, dryness, tangling, matting, or texture changes caused by excessive oils, gels, sprays, mousse, wax, silicone products, adhesives, edge control, or styling products;
• tangling, matting, dryness, frizz, shedding, or curl loss caused by failure to properly maintain curly, wavy, or textured hair;
• damage caused by sleeping without protection, sweat, chlorine, salt water, pool chemicals, sun exposure, humidity, environmental pollutants, or friction against clothing, bedding, collars, scarves, car seats, headrests, or bags;
• dryness, discoloration, buildup, tangling, matting, or stiffness caused by hard water, mineral deposits, chlorine, or unsuitable water conditions;
• damage caused by third-party handling, including hairstylists, wig makers, installers, salons, friends, family members, or any other third party;
• minor or reasonable shedding through ordinary brushing, washing, styling, detangling, or wear;
• normal wear and tear.

AA Luxe Beauty is not responsible for the acts, omissions, techniques, representations, or workmanship of independent third parties.

18. Altered Products and Defect Claims

Customers are responsible for fully inspecting all products before altering them in any way.

Alterations include but are not limited to:

• washing or conditioning;
• bleaching or tinting knots;
• coloring, bleaching, toning, or chemically processing hair;
• cutting, trimming, splitting, or altering wefts;
• cutting or trimming lace;
• plucking, tweezing, or customizing the hairline or parting;
• installing with glue, adhesive, tape, sewing, bonding, clips, combs, or other methods;
• applying significant heat;
• cutting or restyling hair;
• repairing, reconstructing, ventilating, adding hair, removing hair, or modifying the product.

Once a product has been materially altered, installed, customized, chemically processed, or changed from its delivered condition, AA Luxe Beauty may be unable to determine whether the reported issue existed at delivery or resulted from later handling.

AA Luxe Beauty may reject a claim where the reported issue was caused or contributed to by alteration, installation, chemical processing, misuse, neglect, improper care, excessive manipulation, normal wear and tear, or third-party handling.

Nothing in this section excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Evidence Required for Defect Claims

AA Luxe Beauty may require reasonable evidence to assess a claim, including:

• clear photographs and videos showing the reported issue;
• photographs of the full product;
• close-up images of affected areas;
• photographs of lace, wefts, knots, cap, tracks, or construction;
• original packaging and tags;
• proof of purchase;
• order number;
• delivery or collection date;
• date the issue was first noticed;
• written description of the issue;
• details of whether the item was washed, installed, cut, colored, bleached, toned, plucked, tinted, glued, sewn, chemically processed, heat styled, or altered;
• details of products, chemicals, developer strengths, heat temperatures, adhesives, removers, and methods used;
• details of any stylist, installer, wig maker, salon, or third party who handled the item;
• return of the physical item for inspection.

Failure or refusal to provide reasonably requested evidence may prevent AA Luxe Beauty from verifying the claim and may result in the claim being declined where evidence is insufficient.

20. Do Not Dispose of the Product

A customer making a defect, return, refund, exchange, or warranty claim must retain the product and must not discard, destroy, further alter, or dispose of it while the claim is under review.

AA Luxe Beauty may require the product to be returned for inspection.

If the product is discarded, destroyed, further materially altered, or made unavailable before inspection, AA Luxe Beauty may be unable to verify the claim and may decline the claim where evidence is insufficient.

21. Inspection Does Not Guarantee Approval

Acceptance of photographs, videos, correspondence, or a returned product for assessment does not constitute admission of liability, confirmation of a defect, approval of a refund, approval of an exchange, approval of a replacement, or waiver of any term of this Policy.

A decision will be made after reasonable assessment of the claim and available evidence.

22. No Presumption of Defect From Third-Party Opinion

A statement or opinion from a customer, hairstylist, installer, wig maker, salon, social-media user, or other third party that an item is defective does not, by itself, establish a manufacturing defect.

All claims remain subject to reasonable assessment based on the product condition, evidence, and applicable law.

23. Remedies for Verified Manufacturing Defects

Where AA Luxe Beauty determines that a qualifying manufacturing defect exists, the available remedy will depend on the nature and seriousness of the defect, condition of the item, feasibility of repair or replacement, applicable policy terms, and applicable law.

A remedy may include repair, replacement, exchange, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.

No specific remedy is guaranteed merely because a claim is submitted.

24. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including where:

• the item length materially does not match the ordered length;
• the lace material or lace color materially does not match the order specification;
• AA Luxe Beauty determines that a partial remedy is appropriate based on the condition of the item and nature of the issue.

Partial refunds are not automatic and are subject to assessment.

25. Replacement Policy

AA Luxe Beauty offers replacements only where an item is confirmed to be defective or damaged in a manner that qualifies under this Policy.

If you believe your item qualifies for replacement, contact AA Luxe Beauty at customerservice@aaluxebeauty.com or 1-868-741-3063 within the applicable reporting period.

26. Warranty Policy

AA Luxe Beauty holds responsibility for items until delivery or collection, subject to the delivery and shipping provisions in these Terms.

After delivery or collection, items are covered by a five (5) day warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty does not apply to items subject to misuse, neglect, accident, improper handling, improper maintenance, alteration, installation, chemical processing, heat damage, third-party handling, environmental exposure, or normal wear and tear.

27. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless AA Luxe Beauty agrees otherwise in writing or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

If a refund is approved, any permitted return shipping deduction may be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are properly packaged and shipped with tracking.

AA Luxe Beauty is not responsible for returned items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit before reaching us.

28. Refund Processing

Once AA Luxe Beauty receives and inspects a returned item, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund, exchange, replacement, or other remedy.

Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method where possible.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved discretionary returns, except where prohibited by applicable law or where the refund is required due to a verified manufacturing defect or AA Luxe Beauty’s error.

29. Credit and Debit Card Refunds

Refunds for credit or debit card payments may be subject to transaction or processing fees charged by PayWise or other payment processors, where permitted by applicable law.

Approved card refunds typically take approximately five (5) to seven (7) business days to process after approval, but banks and payment providers may require additional time.

30. Bank Transfer or Deposit Refunds

Approved refunds for bank transfer or deposit payments are generally processed within two (2) to three (3) business days after approval.

An ACH fee of TT$1.25 is required for bank transfer refunds to all banks except First Citizens Bank and Republic Bank Limited, where permitted by applicable law.

31. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, as processing delays may occur.

If the issue continues, contact AA Luxe Beauty at customerservice@aaluxebeauty.com or 1-868-741-3063.

32. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded due to preference changes, incorrect customer selection, ordering the wrong item, change of mind, or simply disliking the product.

Customers must carefully review all order details, product descriptions, lengths, colors, textures, lace options, cap sizes, custom details, processing times, and payment obligations before completing a purchase.

AA Luxe Beauty may cancel an order where necessary due to suspected fraud, payment issues, stock issues, pricing errors, customer breach of these Terms, abusive conduct, or other legitimate business reasons.

33. Collection Policy

For orders collected at designated meeting points and paid by debit or credit card, customers may be required to sign a collection form and provide photo identification matching the order.

Failure to provide required identification or complete the collection process may result in cancellation of the order and refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable fees and applicable law.

Once an order is collected and signed for, the customer is responsible for inspecting the item and reporting any concerns within the applicable timeframe.

34. Delivery Policy

Customers must provide accurate, complete, and deliverable address information at the time of purchase.

AA Luxe Beauty is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, misdeliveries, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or insufficient address information provided by the customer.

Once an order is handed to a courier, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, customs, public holidays, incorrect addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other circumstances beyond AA Luxe Beauty’s control.

AA Luxe Beauty will provide reasonable assistance where possible, but customers may be required to contact the courier directly for delivery updates, claims, or investigations.

Where a package is confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the address provided by the customer, AA Luxe Beauty is not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, or unauthorized collection after confirmed delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

35. Shipping Damage

Customers must inspect shipped items immediately upon receipt.

Any shipping damage, packaging damage, missing item, or delivery-related issue must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.

Reports made after twenty-four (24) hours may be declined where the delay prevents AA Luxe Beauty or the courier from properly investigating the issue.

Customers must provide photographs and videos of the packaging, shipping label, item condition, and reported damage.

Customers must retain all packaging while a shipping damage claim is under review.

36. Incorrect Delivery Address

AA Luxe Beauty is not liable for packages lost, delayed, returned, misdelivered, or confirmed as delivered where the issue resulted from an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient delivery address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the order is resent.

37. Fraud Prevention

AA Luxe Beauty reserves the right to monitor orders and request reasonable verification to prevent and investigate fraud, attempted fraud, unauthorized transactions, identity misuse, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, false claims, intentional product damage, staged damage, tampering, misrepresentation, and other dishonest or abusive conduct.

Verification may include, where reasonably necessary, identification, payment confirmation, address confirmation, signed collection forms, delivery records, courier records, order communications, photographs, videos, product inspection records, packaging records, or other relevant information.

Pre-Dispatch and Pre-Collection Inspection Records

All orders are inspected by AA Luxe Beauty before shipping, delivery, release, or collection. As part of our quality-control and fraud-prevention procedures, AA Luxe Beauty may take and retain photographs and/or videos documenting the condition of an order before it leaves our possession.

These records may include, but are not limited to:

• the overall condition and appearance of the product;

• the condition of the hair, lace, knots, wefts, tracks, stitching, wig cap, closures, frontals, bundles, and other relevant components;

• the absence or presence of visible shedding, bald spots, tears, holes, cuts, stains, discoloration, structural damage, or other visible concerns;

• product length, texture, color, density appearance, lace type, cap construction, or other order specifications where relevant;

• tags, labels, packaging, accessories, order contents, and quantities;

• the condition of the product immediately before packaging;

• the packaging process and final packaged order where appropriate; and

• other identifying or condition-related details reasonably relevant to verifying the order.

AA Luxe Beauty may compare these inspection records with photographs, videos, statements, timelines, returned products, courier records, or other evidence submitted in connection with a return, refund, exchange, replacement, warranty, delivery, payment, or chargeback claim.

The existence of pre-dispatch inspection records does not prevent a customer from making a genuine claim. All genuine claims will be considered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

Intentional Product Damage and Tampering

AA Luxe Beauty does not accept fraudulent, dishonest, staged, or misleading claims. A customer must not intentionally damage, alter, tamper with, manipulate, misuse, or cause deterioration to a product for the purpose of obtaining or attempting to obtain:

• a refund;

• partial refund;

• exchange;

• replacement;

• store credit;

• warranty remedy;

• compensation;

• payment reversal;

• chargeback; or

• any other financial or commercial benefit.

Purposefully damaging a product and then representing that damage as a manufacturing defect, pre-existing fault, shipping defect, quality issue, or condition that existed before delivery or collection is prohibited.

Examples of prohibited conduct include, but are not limited to:

• intentionally cutting, tearing, puncturing, ripping, burning, staining, stretching, thinning, pulling apart, or otherwise damaging a product;

• intentionally cutting, splitting, loosening, unraveling, piercing, or damaging wefts and then claiming the product arrived with excessive shedding or defective construction;

• intentionally pulling, plucking, scraping, cutting, breaking, or removing hair from lace, knots, wefts, tracks, closures, frontals, or wig caps to create the appearance of shedding, thinning, bald spots, loose knots, or defective construction;

• intentionally creating bald spots or thinning areas by excessive pulling, brushing, combing, plucking, tweezing, or other manipulation;

• intentionally tearing, puncturing, cutting, stretching, weakening, or damaging lace and then claiming the lace arrived defective;

• intentionally loosening stitching, tracks, seams, bands, combs, clips, straps, closures, frontals, or other structural components;

• deliberately exposing the product to excessive heat, chemicals, bleach, developer, dye, adhesive, remover, alcohol, solvents, unsuitable products, or other substances to cause damage;

• intentionally causing tangling, matting, dryness, breakage, shedding, discoloration, texture change, curl loss, wave loss, or other deterioration;

• damaging a product during installation, customization, removal, washing, styling, coloring, bleaching, plucking, cutting, or chemical processing and then falsely representing the resulting damage as a manufacturing defect;

• returning a different item, substituted item, previously owned item, altered item, or product other than the specific item originally supplied by AA Luxe Beauty;

• removing, switching, altering, replacing, or tampering with tags, labels, packaging, identifying features, or product components;

• falsely claiming that an item was missing, incorrect, incomplete, damaged, defective, or not received where available evidence reasonably indicates otherwise;

• staging photographs or videos to create a misleading impression of the product’s condition;

• submitting photographs or videos of a different item as evidence of a claim;

• using old photographs, third-party photographs, screenshots, downloaded images, or unrelated media to support a claim;

• editing, cropping, filtering, manipulating, selectively recording, or presenting photographs or videos in a manner intended to materially misrepresent the condition, identity, timeline, or cause of damage;

• concealing the fact that a product was worn, washed, installed, cut, bleached, colored, plucked, glued, sewn, heat styled, chemically processed, repaired, or otherwise altered;

• providing a false or misleading timeline regarding when an alleged issue first appeared;

• falsely stating that damage existed upon delivery or collection when it occurred afterward;

• instructing, encouraging, or allowing another person to damage, alter, stage, or misrepresent a product for the purpose of supporting a claim; or

• making any other materially false or misleading statement regarding the condition, use, handling, installation, alteration, delivery, or history of a product.

False or Misleading Claims

Customers must provide truthful, complete, and accurate information when submitting any return, refund, exchange, replacement, warranty, delivery, payment, or chargeback claim.

AA Luxe Beauty may consider a claim potentially fraudulent or misleading where there are material inconsistencies between:

• the customer’s account and AA Luxe Beauty’s pre-dispatch photographs or videos;

• the customer’s account and the physical condition of the returned item;

• photographs or videos submitted at different times;

• the reported timeline and the apparent condition of the product;

• the alleged defect and evidence of cutting, bleaching, plucking, heat exposure, chemical processing, installation, removal, or other alteration;

• the customer’s statements and prior communications;

• the claim and courier or delivery records;

• the claim and signed collection records;

• the claim and payment records; or

• the claim and other relevant evidence reasonably available to AA Luxe Beauty.

A difference or inconsistency does not automatically establish fraud. AA Luxe Beauty may request further information or evidence where reasonably necessary before reaching a decision.

Preservation and Use of Evidence

Where AA Luxe Beauty reasonably suspects fraud, attempted fraud, intentional damage, tampering, staged damage, false claims, abusive chargebacks, or material misrepresentation, AA Luxe Beauty may preserve relevant evidence, including:

• pre-dispatch photographs and videos;

• quality-control records;

• order records;

• payment records;

• customer communications;

• emails;

• messages;

• call records where lawfully available;

• collection forms;

• identification verification records where lawfully collected;

• delivery confirmations;

• courier tracking information;

• packaging records;

• returned-product photographs and videos;

• inspection findings; and

• other relevant records.

Subject to applicable law, relevant evidence may be used to assess or respond to claims and may be provided where reasonably necessary to payment processors, banks, card issuers, courier companies, insurers, professional advisers, legal representatives, dispute-resolution bodies, or competent authorities.

Consequences of Suspected Fraud or Intentional Damage

Where AA Luxe Beauty reasonably determines, based on available evidence, that a claim involves intentional product damage, tampering, staged damage, false information, material misrepresentation, attempted fraud, abusive chargeback activity, or other dishonest conduct, AA Luxe Beauty may, subject to applicable law:

• reject the return, refund, exchange, replacement, warranty, compensation, or other claim;

• refuse to treat intentionally caused damage as a manufacturing defect;

• suspend the processing of a claim while further information is reasonably requested;

• preserve and rely upon relevant inspection and transaction records;

• dispute a chargeback, payment reversal, or financial claim using available evidence;

• cancel pending orders where reasonably necessary to protect the business;

• restrict or refuse future service;

• block the customer from future purchases;

• require additional verification for future transactions;

• limit available payment methods;

• report suspected unlawful conduct to relevant authorities where appropriate; and

• take any other lawful action reasonably necessary to protect AA Luxe Beauty’s legitimate interests.

Returned Products Suspected of Intentional Damage

Where a returned product shows signs reasonably consistent with intentional damage, tampering, alteration, misuse, chemical processing, excessive heat, cutting, plucking, installation damage, removal damage, or other post-delivery interference, AA Luxe Beauty may document the returned condition through photographs, videos, written inspection notes, or other reasonable records.

AA Luxe Beauty may compare the returned condition against its pre-dispatch or pre-collection inspection records and any evidence submitted by the customer.

Acceptance of a returned item for inspection does not mean that AA Luxe Beauty accepts liability, agrees that a manufacturing defect exists, or guarantees a refund, exchange, replacement, or other remedy.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact AA Luxe Beauty directly regarding genuine order concerns so that the matter can be reviewed.

AA Luxe Beauty reserves the right to contest chargebacks, payment reversals, unauthorized-payment claims, item-not-received claims, item-not-as-described claims, defective-product claims, or other payment disputes where available records reasonably contradict the claim.

Evidence submitted in response to a payment dispute may include, where relevant:

• order confirmations;

• invoices;

• payment records;

• customer communications;

• proof of agreement to these Terms and Conditions where available;

• pre-dispatch inspection photographs and videos;

• packaging records;

• tracking information;

• proof of delivery;

• signed collection forms;

• customer identification verification where lawfully obtained;

• return inspection records;

• photographs or videos of returned items; and

• other relevant transaction evidence.

Genuine Claims Remain Protected

Nothing in this Section is intended to discourage or prevent customers from reporting genuine manufacturing defects, genuine shipping damage, incorrect orders, missing items, or other legitimate concerns.

AA Luxe Beauty will assess genuine claims in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

The fact that AA Luxe Beauty photographs or records an item before dispatch does not automatically prove that no later issue occurred, and the submission of a customer claim does not automatically mean that fraud has occurred. Each matter may be assessed based on the available evidence and circumstances.

Nothing in this Section excludes, restricts, waives, or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, waived, or limited under applicable law.

38. Customer Conduct

AA Luxe Beauty expects respectful communication with our staff, representatives, couriers, and service providers.

Threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, vulgar, or aggressive behavior may result in refusal of service, cancellation of pending orders, account restrictions, and lawful action where necessary.

39. Care Responsibility

Customers are responsible for properly caring for all hair products after delivery or collection.

This includes using suitable products, detangling properly, washing gently, protecting hair at night, avoiding excessive heat, avoiding harsh chemicals, avoiding excessive manipulation, and seeking qualified professional assistance where necessary.

AA Luxe Beauty is not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance, unsuitable products, styling choices, installation methods, environmental exposure, or third-party handling.

40. Product Lifespan

Hair products are subject to wear and tear over time.

The lifespan of wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and extensions depends on factors including frequency of use, installation method, maintenance routine, products used, heat exposure, chemical processing, sleeping habits, environmental exposure, and handling.

Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect.

41. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AA Luxe Beauty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of business, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, stylist fees, installation fees, removal fees, appointment costs, travel costs, event costs, or third-party service charges arising from or related to any product, order, delay, defect claim, cancellation, delivery issue, or use of our website.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, AA Luxe Beauty’s liability will be limited to the remedies permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

42. Force Majeure

AA Luxe Beauty is not responsible for delays, non-performance, or failure to fulfill obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, courier delays, customs delays, natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, labor disputes, government action, public emergencies, power outages, internet failures, system failures, payment processor outages, pandemics, civil unrest, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide accurate information, supporting evidence, order details, and a clear explanation of the issue.

AA Luxe Beauty will review disputes reasonably and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

49. Termination or Refusal of Service

AA Luxe Beauty reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend access, block accounts, or restrict future purchases where a customer violates these Terms, engages in fraud or suspected fraud, abuses payment systems, makes false claims, harasses staff, misuses our website, or otherwise acts in a way that harms or threatens AA Luxe Beauty’s business, staff, customers, or operations.

50. Changes to Terms

AA Luxe Beauty may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our business, policies, products, services, technology, or applicable law.

The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.

Customers are required to review the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of each purchase before placing an order.

Terms applicable at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or agreed otherwise.

51. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

52. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

53. Preservation of Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, waive, or limit any right, remedy, obligation, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, waived, or limited under applicable law.

If any provision conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, that mandatory legal requirement will apply to the extent of the conflict.
