Thank you for choosing AA Luxe Beauty. Before submitting your return request, please review the following important information regarding our return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Must be in their original condition, including original packaging and tags attached.

• Must be returned within seven (7) days of delivery.

• The only reasons customers can return an item are:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• The item does not match the order specifications (e.g., incorrect length or color).

• Items that have been altered or used in any way (e.g., hair washed, lace or hair cut, hair colored) are not eligible for return.

• Custom orders and merchandise damaged by misuse, accidents, or natural disasters are also non-returnable.

2. Inspection Policy: We inspect and document all items before shipping to ensure quality. Any attempts to intentionally damage items for the purpose of obtaining a refund will not be tolerated and may result in consequences, including the refusal of your return request.

3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
