SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Overview

AA Luxe Beauty offers delivery and shipping services throughout Trinidad and Tobago.

By placing an order and selecting a delivery or shipping method, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate delivery option and providing complete and accurate delivery information.

All delivery timeframes are estimates unless AA Luxe Beauty expressly confirms otherwise in writing. Delivery may be affected by courier operations, traffic, weather, flooding, road closures, public holidays, peak periods, remote locations, failed delivery attempts, incorrect customer information, operational disruptions, and other circumstances outside AA Luxe Beauty’s reasonable control.

AA Luxe Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or TTPOST. Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been dispatched.

2. Processing Time and Delivery Time Are Separate

Order processing time is separate from delivery time.

Current general processing times are:

In-stock orders: approximately 24–48 hours;

Pre-orders: approximately 7–10 business days, unless a different timeframe.

The delivery timeframe begins only after the order has completed all applicable processing requirements and has been dispatched.

Orders will not be shipped or dispatched unless full payment has been received.

Where payment is made via third-party transfer, the funds must be successfully deposited into and verified within AA Luxe Beauty’s account before the order will be processed or shipped.

Paying for an Express Delivery option does not shorten product processing time.

3. Trinidad Delivery Area Classification

For delivery purposes, AA Luxe Beauty separates Trinidad addresses into two service categories:

A. Eligible Urban Delivery Areas

Eligible urban delivery areas are addresses located within established, regularly serviced population and commercial centres that fall within the operating coverage of AA Luxe Beauty’s express delivery provider.

Only eligible urban addresses may use:

• Same-Day Delivery;

• Next Business Day Standard Delivery;

• Extended Cut-Off Next Business Day Delivery.

Examples of areas that may generally fall within eligible urban delivery coverage include:

• Port of Spain;

• Woodbrook;

• St. James;

• Belmont;

• Cascade;

• St. Ann’s;

• Maraval (within serviced zones);

• Diego Martin (within serviced zones);

• Barataria;

• San Juan;

• Champs Fleurs;

• St. Joseph;

• Curepe;

• Tunapuna;

• Tacarigua;

• Trincity;

• Arouca;

• Arima (within serviced zones);

• Chaguanas and surrounding developed areas;

• Couva and surrounding developed areas;

• San Fernando;

• Marabella;

• Vistabella;

• Gulf View;

• La Romaine;

• Claxton Bay (within serviced zones);

• Gasparillo (within serviced zones);

• Princes Town (within serviced zones);

• and other established urban districts confirmed by AA Luxe Beauty.

These examples are illustrative only and do not guarantee eligibility. Exact address verification is required.

B. Remote/Rural Delivery Areas

Any Trinidad address outside the eligible urban Express Delivery service area must use:

• Remote/Rural Area Delivery; or

• TTPOST Shipping.

Remote or rural areas include locations requiring extended travel, limited courier access, or additional routing time.

Examples of areas that may generally require Remote/Rural Delivery include:

• Toco;

• Matelot;

• Grande Riviere;

• Blanchisseuse;

• Brasso Seco;

• Mayaro;

• Guayaguayare;

• Rio Claro and surrounding communities;

• Biche;

• Charuma;

• Tamana;

• Moruga;

• La Lune;

• Cedros;

• Icacos;

• Erin;

• Granville;

• Chatham;

• rural parts of Princes Town;

• rural parts of Sangre Grande;

• rural parts of Arima and eastern Trinidad;

• rural parts of central and south Trinidad;

• Northern Range communities;

• and other locations outside the courier’s urban service zone.

These examples are illustrative only and subject to exact address classification.

4. Final Delivery Area Classification

AA Luxe Beauty determines delivery eligibility based on the exact address and courier service coverage.

Customer descriptions of an area do not determine eligibility.

If an ineligible delivery option is selected, AA Luxe Beauty may require correction before dispatch.

5. Trinidad Urban Express Delivery Options

Available only to eligible urban addresses.

Same-Day Delivery — TT$130

Available Monday to Saturday.

Cut-off times:

• South/Central: 1:00 PM

• Other areas: 10:30 AM

Delivery is expected the same day once the order is ready and dispatched.

Next Business Day Standard Delivery — TT$40

Cut-off time: 1:00 PM

Delivery is expected the next business day after dispatch.

Extended Cut-Off Next Business Day Delivery — TT$65

Cut-off time: 11:30 PM

Allows later ordering for next business day delivery after dispatch.

6. Trinidad Remote/Rural Area Delivery — TT$55

Required for addresses outside eligible urban zones.

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

7. Tobago Delivery — TT$65

Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch.

8. TTPOST Shipping — TT$35

Available throughout Trinidad and Tobago.

Estimated delivery:

• Trinidad: 4–5 business days

• Tobago: 5–8 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

TTPOST delays are common and outside AA Luxe Beauty’s control. Once an order is handed over to TTPOST, AA Luxe Beauty is not responsible for delivery speed, routing, or delays.

9. Delivery Option Summary

• Same-Day Delivery — TT$130

• Next Business Day Standard — TT$40

• Extended Cut-Off Next Business Day — TT$65

• Remote/Rural Delivery — TT$55

• Tobago Delivery — TT$65

• TTPOST — TT$35

10. Incorrect Delivery Option Selected

Customers must select the correct delivery option.

If an incorrect option is selected, AA Luxe Beauty may require payment of the difference before dispatch.

11. Delivery Cut-Off Times

Cut-off times apply only to orders ready for dispatch.

Processing requirements must still be completed.

12. Mandatory Identification Verification and Dispatch

Debit and credit card orders require verification within 24 hours.

Orders will not be dispatched until verification is complete.

13. Customer Responsibility for Address Information

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details.

AA Luxe Beauty is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

14. Address Changes

Customers must request address changes immediately.

TTPOST Orders

Once an order has been handed over to TTPOST, address changes are not permitted under any circumstances.

Courier Deliveries

Address changes may be requested before or after dispatch, subject to courier approval.

Approved courier address changes will incur:

• a TT$5 change fee; and

• any additional delivery cost difference based on the new address.

Address changes are not guaranteed and may be declined based on courier limitations.

15. Failed Delivery Attempts

Customers must be available to receive deliveries.

Failed deliveries due to customer-related issues may result in additional charges.

16. Delivery to an Authorized Person or Location

Delivery to an authorized person or location is considered completed.

17. Confirmed Delivery

Once delivery is confirmed through tracking or courier records, AA Luxe Beauty considers the order fulfilled.

AA Luxe Beauty is not responsible for loss or theft after confirmed delivery.

18. Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside AA Luxe Beauty’s control, including courier operations and TTPOST processing.

AA Luxe Beauty does not guarantee delivery timelines once an order has been dispatched.

Delays caused by courier services or TTPOST do not qualify for refunds, returns, or cancellations.

19. Time-Sensitive Orders

Customers must order in advance for time-sensitive needs.

AA Luxe Beauty is not responsible for missed appointments or event-related costs due to delivery delays.

20. Shipping Damage

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

21. Lost or Missing Shipments

Delayed shipments are not automatically considered lost.

Investigations may be required before determining loss.

22. Returned-to-Sender Orders

Customers may be responsible for additional costs if orders are returned due to customer-related issues.

23. Fraudulent Delivery Claims

False claims will not be accepted and may result in further action.

24. Changes to Delivery Services

Delivery services and fees may be updated at any time.

EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTIONS

Same Day Delivery (Monday-Saturday)

The order must be placed before 10:30 am. Once the order is shipped, it will be delivered on the same day before 6:00 pm.

Next Day Delivery (Monday-Saturday)

Once the order is shipped, it will be delivered on the next day.

STANDARD DELIVERY OPTION

TTPOST provides shipping services throughout Trinidad and Tobago. Once the order has been shipped, delivery can be expected within 4-5 business days in Trinidad and 5-8 business days to Tobago.
