Overview

Any faults with the order must be reported within seven days of receipt. If the order is faulty, a refund will be issued once it is returned.
If the order has been tampered with (hair washed, lace or hair cut, hair colored, etc.), returns are not allowed.
Without exception, the item(s) must be returned with its original tags attached and returned in the original packaging.

The following goods are not returnable or exchangeable:
1: All custom orders (custom color, wig capsize, and cut)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  1. The item’s length does not match the ordered length.
  2. The lace material does not match the lace color mentioned.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replace Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {customerservice@aaluxebeauty.com or 1-868-741-3063}.

Return

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you reside.
